Client Responsibilities

  • Comply with supplier rules, policies, and deadlines

Failure to do so may result in denied boarding, cancellation, or additional fees.

  • Some services may include professional planning or consultation fees
  • Payments may be non-refundable depending on supplier policies
  • Additional fees may apply for changes, cancellations, or special requests

By authorizing payment, you agree to the applicable supplier terms and conditions.

Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are determined by the individual travel suppliers and may vary.

Ready Jet Go Travels® is not responsible for refund delays or denials imposed by suppliers. We will, however, advocate on your behalf whenever possible.

Travel Risks and Responsibility

Travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to weather conditions, health concerns, government restrictions, supplier disruptions, or unforeseen events.

By booking through Ready Jet Go Travels®, you acknowledge and accept these risks. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.
